Type RS mechanical conveyor connectors
They are used for quick connection of tapes.
Simple and easy to use connectors. Connections are made of galvanized or stainless steel.
The
RS 62 type connector is used when the thickness of the conveyor belt is
from 1.5 mm to 3.2 mm and the shaft diameter is at least 50 mm
The joint withstands a force of 200 N/mm.
The
RS 125 type connector is used when the thickness of the conveyor belt
is from 3.2 mm to 4.8 mm and the shaft diameter is at least 75 mm.
The joint can withstand a force of 315 N/mm.
The
RS 187 type connector is used when the thickness of the conveyor belt
is from 4.8 mm to 6.4 mm and the shaft diameter is at least 100 mm.
The joint can withstand a force of 400 N/mm.
